Small fairy crab on a sponge

This marine crustacean (Lauriea siagiani), commonly known as the “Pink hairy squat lobster” is also known as the “Fairy crab”. The fairy crabs are tiny. Adults typically measure no more than 1.5 centimetres. Their pink color, purple dots and hairy carapace make them strikingly beautiful.
